Bump Top Getting Multitouch Support


Hmmm. I continue to be unclear about Bump Top's concept. It's definitely a better way to do desktops, but I wonder how it works inside of applications. It seems like this is the sort of business that wants to get acquired, but by who?

At Apple or MS, it would wither from the Not Invented Here virus.

  1. Jonathan, i think it is a good start in trying to devise a uniform language for touch interfaces. We had similar issues for GUIs as well until they all fell in line ...

    The only problem with TUIs is that they are flat and have no texture ... with this drawback a lot has to be defined in terms of response and feedback ...
